Barbara Di Anna, Strategic Proposal Management, Micro Focus, based in Italy, recently used one of her Micro Focus INSPIRE volunteering days to join a group of volunteers to clear rubbish from a beach in Ostia, Rome’s seaside town.
Barbara says: “We focused mainly on gathering cotton-bud sticks, polystyrene and micro plastic – and together collected about ten bags of garbage. I was very happy to be able to do this small activity for the community and to have contributed to the cleaning of a place that we all use in the summer. This was an experience I will definitely repeat.”
