Your health and safety, alongside that of our teams, remains our primary focus. Our commitment to safety covers everything, from making sure we are doing our part to stop the risk of spreading the virus, to maintaining business continuity so that our customers and partners don’t have to worry about theirs. As such, most of our teams globally have been working from home for the past 20 - 24 months and been provided tools and resources to support both their wellbeing and their productivity while working remotely.

Micro Focus continues to maintain a state of full operational readiness. Given the unprecedented dynamics of the COVID-19 pandemic, our dedicated COVID-19 Steering Group, comprised of leaders from across our organization, continues to operate and collaborate to adapt our plans as needed.
The COVID-19 Steering Group is actively monitoring the evolving situation, working closely with our teams, customers, and partners locally to ensure that business continues to operate without disruption. Our own business continuity plans are robust, focused on maintaining the delivery of services and support to customers and partners worldwide while supporting our local team.
We have over 40 years of experience helping customers navigate the need to build, operate, secure, and analyse their systems – the systems that keep important business and social functions running and optimized. COVID-19 has reinforced the importance of using that knowledge and experience to help our customers and partners. Our goal is to continue to be there for our teams, customers, and partners in whatever way they need, enabling technology, advice, a different perspective or just someone to keep things going as we see businesses having to adapt and change.
Part of being there for our customers includes making sure that we get the information our customers need on products and solutions to help them handle the new reality, ensuring that taking their activities remote doesn’t impact security and risk, making sure their apps and networks can handle the new load.
In 2020 we launched our first Virtual Universe program – converting a large-scale live event into a well-attended content-rich and real-time digital experience for customers. We repeated the approach for the event in March 2021, and plan for even higher registration and attendee participation this year.
As the situation has evolved during the past two years, we ceased face-to-face events in favour of virtual events and continue to do so. As the pandemic progressed, as and where mutually safe to do so, we are meeting with our customers and partners face-to-face, abiding by any local guidance or controls.
We will continue to make content and resources available to all of customers and partners to help you keep your business plans progressing and ensure you have what you need for your own business continuity.
